Jim Harbaugh has dominated the headlines this year so far in college football, with spring practice in Florida, satellite camps rulings by the NCAA, and unfamiliar recruiting methods. Aside from his quirky and unpredictable personality, Jim Harbaugh is also known for turning teams around quickly on the college and NFL level. His staff will be busy attending over 30 camps in June, then all the focus will be on getting ready for that first game versus Hawaii on September 3.
Michigan is returning eight starters on offense and six on defense. Several talented incoming freshman, including Rashan Gary, may see playing time early as well. Don Brown and his defensive staff are hungry to get this group ready to compete as one of the best defenses in the country.
The key position that’s a huge question mark still is quarterback. Several are fighting for the starting job, including Houston transfer John O’Korn and Wilton Speight.
Both of the biggest games on the schedule are on the road and are much needed wins in order to make the Big Ten Conference Championship game and playoff run.
