After lots of confusion and anticipation four star DE James Hudson from Toledo Central Catholic High School has chosen that he will be attending the University of Michigan. James announced his commitment via periscope that was live streamed through twitter.
Hudson was in Ann Arbor this past weekend for the #A2BBQ16 (Barbecue at the Big House) that was filled with top talents.
Hudson is a 6-5 280lbs defensive end and is ranked #13 for strong side defensive ends by 24/7 sports. Hudson recorded 85 tackles, 25 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks in his junior season at Central Catholic.
James also had offers from Alabama, Ohio State, Nebraska and Michigan State. Insiders say the race for Hudson came down to the final day between Michigan and Michigan State, with the Wolverines coming out on top.
Rashan Gary has not even played a snap in the maize and blue yet but is already making a strong impact on recruits as James Hudson said, ” I will be in Ann Arbor playing next to Rashan Gary.”
